OK, some archery is more than a hobby for me and is something I have enjoyed from the first time I made a bow & arrow when I was a kid. When I moved to Australia several years ago I started driving past the WA International Shooting Complex and often saw archery being advertised. Eventually I went with my sone and had a go on the public course. I was hooked! I went to the public course once more before contacting the Whiteman Park Archers and arranging a come and try session. Still hooked I progressed from the come and try session to the four week teaching course and realised this was a sport I really enjoyed. I am now firmly entrenched within the archery community in WA and enjoy the chnce to shoot a few arrows at any opportunity.
